We feel that the educational partnership between parent, teacher and child is very important and brings positive reward to all. Parents are encouraged to take part in the life of the academy in whichever way they feel they can contribute. Any parent wishing to be a volunteer will be required to have a DBS check.
These may be in the classroom, extra supervision for educational visits, or at academy sports meetings. There are also other occasions in the academy year, parties, fund raising activities, etc. – when your help will be very valuable.
If you are interested in becoming a Parent Helper please contact us.

Thanks for inviting me to do a story session with your school. I found the whole experience very rewarding as both children, and teachers were open to engage with me, and participated in listening to the stories, dressing up, singing and dancing.
